The Seniors
Twice a week, seniors in Malmö are invited to join free, professionally coached training sessions hosted by GOAT Sports and GOAT Charity. Participants share how these sessions bring joy, strengthen community bonds, and improve their mental and physical well-being.
Frida
A story about Frida Elmbro, a real estate agent and Co-owner at T|F Agency – Real Estate. She talks about chasing her best self and how GOAT Sports has helped her find the value in wellness.
Elias
A story about Elias Weibert, a professional basketball player in the Swedish basketball league. As an ambassador for GOAT Sports, he talks about his emotions and challenges in life as a high-performing individual. He shares his thoughts on mental health and how to live a life constantly striving for growth.
Laurynne
A story about a 13-year-old table tennis player called Laurynne Del Mundo Cabardo. As an ambassador for GOAT Sports, she shares her life, dreams, and the challenges she faces on her journey to become the best version of herself. She now has her sights set on the 2028 Olympics.
